So a month ago I tried finding a live chat or something more useful in order to get a refund but I’ve had to resort to community. A day after getting charged after my free trial ran out, I forgot to cancel it so I went to get a refund, but again I couldn’t find live chat. I forgot about this subscription after struggling and have just been charged again, even though I haven’t used now tv for a month now. Can I please get a refund on at least one of the 2 payments. Thanks
