My daughter (aged 4!) somehow added sky sports to our package. I cancelled this the same day and reading from the T&Cs we are entitled to a refund as we cancelled in the cooling off period. We haven’t received this though? I have emails confirming the cancellation however the refund has not been issued.

when did you ask for a refund? As it can take 3-5 working days to be refunded.

Thanks for your message. I requested it the day my daughter clicked the pass which was 15th October. The email I got telling me the pass had been added states you can have a refund if cancelled within 14 days.
I just can’t see anywhere that I can contact them directly about this?

The best thing to do is jump on live chat and explain what has happened. They should be able to refund you if no content has been viewed. 🙂
