Refund for unused pass

I bought a Sports pass thinking I was getting the offer that only charged £20 a month for 3 months. Instead I’ve been billed for the usual price of £33.99. I’ve cancelled the pass without using it. Will I get a refund? If not, is the pass still valid? Grateful for any help or advice.

No you won’t get a refund, because the pass is still valid until its expiry date, which answers your second question.

But you are not alone in being offered £20 and charged £33.99, so you can certainly complain to NowTV about this, by one of the various methods available.

Thanks Roy. Do you know the best way to contact them to complain? The “Contact Us” facility is only open for questions about broadband.
