Refund and impossible to contact

I'm trying to get a refund as I purchased a movie pass with my entertainment pass by mistake I'm struggling to get in touch I've seen people say use "live chat" but it doesn't work! I don't have a desktop to try it on what am I supposed to do this is very frustrating

Live chat works on my mobile and tablet.

Try this link below with your mobile device, if doesn't open to live chat, try a different internet browser on your smart phone / tablet, make sure your ad blocker is disabled and Javascript is enabled on your device.

Also to prevent this happening again add a payment Pin to your account by going to My Account > Settings & Pin's on here.

I tried that the live chat still doesn't work thankfully that link had an option to mail nowtv so thankyou and im sure I won't have this problem again because I will not be coming back to now TV sticking with Amazon prime !
