Refund Request

I’ve requested a refund from NOW for changes are charges made to an account  I haven’t used.


Initially a 3 month refund was offered but it was more than 9 months ago that the changes were made.

 

They said they would pass onto a manger but haven’t heard anything in over a week now.

 

Any ideas on how long this normally takes?

If I’m being honest I haven’t had a refund request with NOW but I normally it would happen wishing the standard 5 working days. 

Jump onto live chat to explain the situation, alternatively you can send an email. Both methods in my signature below.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Thanks. I did try the live chat but they told me as it was already with a manager there wasn’t anything they could do to help. 

Will have to try again via email.
