Refund Request

Hi Team,


I have accidentally purchased a Sky Sports Week Pass, I thought i could get to see the a verification page confirming the card it would take for payment but the payment went straight through.


Could you advice how to cancel and get a refund ?

Yes, that’s all you have to do to start a Pass running, so the system thinks you did it deliberately.


Go to My Account/Settings & PINs and create a Payment PIN, which will prevent any future incidents of this kind.


Then go and throw yourself on the mercy of Live Chat, who may refund the Pass, if they can see you haven’t used it:-


Get in Touch (all the options, and the best place to start):-


On a screen with big buttons all around, you may find the link you need is under a tiny green arrow, so be vigilant.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
