I cancelled my membership and tried to restart it but get an error message pop up when I add my card details which was the same I used previously. I don’t have another card to use, so can someone explain why it won’t work even though there’s money there ??

What happens if you try another browser?
What about taking up the membership through the app itself? That way your not relying on the website.
