Hi all, 

 

Please Please can someone help me?

 

I need help with how to change my payment date for my Now Broadband.

I know there is not going to be enough money on the date this is due , so I would like to make the date later in the month.
Is this possible?

If I miss the payment will my broadband be cancelled immediately or would I get a day or two to pay before they did this?

All regular payment are a nightmare for me as my payday changes all the time.

please can someone help me with this.

hi lesley ive got this problem to im payment date is the 2nd i asked for it to be changed for the 7th Feb they said they couldn't do that as the date they had was the 1st i was told to get in contact with them today for them to change the date. so I'm going to talk to them to see what they can do. maybe pgone them up today i spoke to Adam on the live chat. hope this helps x
