Hi, I got a now entertainment package with my by broadband, but now I'm getting random charges from now tv, in total this month I've had £25 come out my account on different day, £9.99 on the 16th, £5 come out on Friday and £9.99 on Monday all with NOW tv references like NOW cinema, Now boost etc, there's no one to contact about the issue, does anyone know how I go about getting a refund and making sure it doesn't happen again, because I looked at last month and they charged me £9.99 so I'm guessing this is going to happen again next month
