Hi my daughter has subscribed to all the monthly plan I can’t ring off my mobile as it won’t let me on my minutes

I am assuming your young daughter accidentally purchased some passes on your account when using one of your playback devices ?
If that's the case, firstly go to My Account > Manage Account and fully cancel all the passes your daughter has subscribed too.
When cancelling follow all steps on screen until each pass is fully cancelled (approx 4 steps).
Then go to My Account > Manage Account > Devices & Settings and under Payment Pin add a 4 digit pin number to your account to prevent this happening again.
Then pop over to live chat and explain to them what's happened and ask them for a refund.
