How do you know if Now are increasing the price of broadband. I joined in February and haven't received anything yet. I do get other emails from @messaging.nowtv.com. Is everyone getting the increase. In Bills and Payments my next Broadband & Calls bill to be paid on 2 Jul 2023 shows the existing amount im paying. Do they send an email and put something in the messages / my documents section of my account? If they don't put something in the messages / my documents section of my account is there a way of checking if im affected. Thanks!

Good question. I have just had a look and there is nothing there at all, which is not particularly helpful for anyone.
There is however this generic information from the help pages:

Everybody should get an individual email notification. Check your spam/junk folders. Unfortunately i cannot post the sending email address here in the clear because the forum blocks it, but it is from skyATemaiDOTcontactDOTsky.

Thanks. That link is really helpful. If anyone from Now reads this it would help to put email messages about price rises in the messages section of the account so they know if they missed the email.
