If the wifi is off you can do this yourself if you are using the Now router connect via Ethernet go to
http://192.168.0.1 and it should be under wifi settings default username: admin default password nowtv navigate to the wifi settings and just turn it back on, easy.
If you are using your own router then you should know that devices address, typically http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.1.254

We must always consider the possibility that ‘Wi-Fi’ is being used here as synonymous with ‘broadband’, as lots of people do not have any Ethernet cables coming out of their routers.
We are having a few issues lately with non-standard terminology 😢
