Purchasing sports month membership - LOADING?????

I am trying to purchase NOWTV sports month membership which is £20 on offer currently. I put payment details in and press pay then screen goes to "Loading....." and stays like that - I have tried 3 times and it does the same every time and I have checked the account and it says no payments made.  I  really dont want keep reinputting my payment details, have no clue what it is doing.

 

I tried a number 08007591213 but that says its for broadband only and not TV.

 

Anyone experienced the same?  Or is it just the site is overloaded with people trying to join in time for watching F1 today?

Any TV account related NOW Membership problems then get in touch with NOW live chat.

 

Where has you found out the NOW telephone helpline is for NOW Broadband customers only.

You could also type "Payment Page not loading" or something along those lines in the Community search box and wade through all the thread results.

Yes, the chat was helpful.  It took ages to work out what it was as it would not accept payment details so just locked up each time I pressed pay with "loading" screen. Eventually worked out it didnt like the address in the payment card, had to use the "auto fill" one even though it was slightly wrong.
