Which EU country are you in?
Who is your ISP there, direct or roaming from a UK account? Perhaps NowTV does not recognise them as an EU provider. Or perhaps they aren’t?
Are you using any sort of VPN or Smart DNS? If you are, try without.
Are you trying to cast or use HDMI to get to another device, e.g. a TV? If you are, try without.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
