I have had an account for years now and pay monthly through my bank and I’ve forgotten what email address I’m signed in on. I’ve had to reset my tv and now I can’t seem to get back to my subscription. It keeps asking me to start a new trial. I need help as I can’t seem to get through to a human on the help page.

If you open the link page below and click on the green chat online button, it should open a web chat page where you can web chat to a live chat Advisor who is a real person to communicate with.

When your launching the app, are you being presented by a QR cod for scanning?
If so there should be a box on the left bottom side saying "close".
