Problem with device management - incorrect device limit error

I am trying to activate a Sports Pass but I keep getting a message saying that I’ve reached my device limit.  I am using the devices that are listed in my account.  Both the ipad app and android app are giving menthe same message so I’m unable to activate my pass.  I used the ipad app within the last two weeks on a previous pass with no issue.  I haven’t changed any device settings since.   Please advise how to fix.  Thanks.

Jump over to live chat after 8.00am and explain what's happening, where they should be able to reset your devices.

 

Once reset, just start playing content from nowtv where the device should then automatically be added back to your account.
