I have updated my personal details and updated my bank account details and went into kids and clicked on start trial and then clicked on pay after trial and then it came up with there is a problem with your payment when it's all been updated . Need help

When you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers does it show your active kids pass you purchased ?
If so maybe try signing out of the NowTV App of your playback device, power the device off for a minute, then reboot the device and re sign back into the NowTV App with your account details that you used to check your kids pass on here.
