Problem to order

Hello,

 

I move to a new flat from yesterday and I tried to get NowTv as my broadbands tv provider and I try to get the offer with the sky entertainment 6 months free as i was given the opportunity to do so.

But after register and create the account and giving my bank details I couldn’t take a appointment with an engineer, the website gave me a date but finally said the engineer is not available at this date so after changing it for an another one I just had a blank page and I couldn’t finalize the operation 

I tried 4 times and been charged 0.10 pounds 4 times but so far none of my trial is finalized, I don’t have any mail of any confirmation, nothing appears on my NowTv account except my details so I don’t know if my order been through 

So that is my question how can I see if my order been through?

If you haven't received an email confirmation order from NowTV or there is nothing showing under My Account > Order & Appointments or Message Centre then i doubt the order has gone through their system.
