Price rises within minimum term

NOW Broadband's call centre team were obviously under orders to lie about the products, as per the following contemporaneous note I made of my telcon of 18/3/23 @ 11:05, duration 30' 36" with "William" regarding the NOW broadband service on offer:

38.4Mbps DL guaranteed, typ. 45-63Mbps DL, 10-16Mbps UL

Existing/'active' telephone line & number will be transferred.
Outgoing calls are 'Pay As You Use'; incoming calls are FoC.
Phone line rental is included within the package, details as follows:

£22/month, 12-month min. term

***** There are no RPI/CPI increases during min. term *****

NOW Broadband have wilfully and knowingly misled me and as far as I'm concerned, this price increase is a fundamental breach of both the contract and overall Customer confidence.

LIARS, LIARS, LIARS.

There are no RPI/CPI increases. That is why when NOW do announce a price increase, as they have recently, they point out that you have the option to leave, without penalty, within 30 days of notification.
