Prescription declined by bank due to change of debit card. Now corrected. You need to action.

Bank advised everything OK now up to NOWTV to resubmit prescription.

Prescription, can I assume you meant to say subscription? As prescription is something you get from a Medical Practice 😜 

What sort of customer are you? As NOW provide both TV and broadband.
