I had Pre-loaded Sky Sports Day pass, and a two month pre-loaded Entertainment pass on my account waiting to be applied.
When I visited my account - I see only the Entertainment pass !
Why has my Sky Sports Day pass been removed - I have yet to apply it to my account.
Now TV Help (via email) responded to my query with....
"Checking your account, I see there are no active Sky Sports Day Pass purchased.
Let us know if you have any other email address used to register with us so that we can locate the charges for Sports pass."
I clearly give them the information required in my original email to them !
They will see no active Sports Pass, as it was waiting to be activated !
I do not have any other account - why would I ?
