Pop ups and confusing pages

Yesterday afternoon I tried to buy a month Sports Pass for my wife in the usual way. I saw the correct standard device pass and was about to click "Buy" when the screen was blocked by a Boost popup. When I clicked that out of the way and clicked Buy, I discovered the page had shifted to the Mobile pass and I had bought this, not the standard device pass. Annoyed? Yes. I had to immediately cancel this unwanted mobile pass and go through the purchase process again, and very, very carefully check that the pass required after killing that popup was the right one. And of course, I could only cancel the mobile pass from auto-renewing, not cancel the purchase.

 

No one in this house is going to use that mobile pass. I'd like a refund for it. How do I go about claiming one?
