Hi, I added BT TV to my package. I've got an email with a pin to link an account but I can't find the webpage to put it into? Thanks.

Are you in Ireland? Or have you added NOW to your BT package? Not quite sure what you mean to be honest.

If your billing for NOW is directly through BT then you’ll need to contact BT to get it sorted.
