Phone line dead

nowtv has been great for the past several months for me till today I see a bt engineer on the poll outside my home connecting another house up they took my line off the poll dropped it then reconnected my line for some reason and now My internet is working but my phone line is completely dead there is no dial tone, no nothing just silence. I cant ring out yet my account says no issues. I just hope they have not giving my line to someone else I dont want to be charged for calls I have not made. Please help me.

Have a nosy at this link hopefully it’s a random issue that’ll sort itself out.

If not give the broadband and calls team a phone to report the fault.

Your lan line is down then use your smart phone or mobile to call NOW on the following number:


0800 759 1213


Simply because if you don't tell them there's a problem, they will never know and continue charging you that monthly fee.
