I would LOVE to know the answer to this. 6 months of being charged £9.99 for a package i dont have even when i log in online to view the 'bill' they take of my bank account and ive no active subscriptions so what i am paying for who know?? Id like my £60 back however.
They have now closed my complaint with an email that asks me to reply if I am not satisfied. Needless to say I am not satisfied because they have not done anything. However, when I send the email I get an autoatic reply to say that I canot reply to that address.
