Phantom Calls on Monthly Bill

Hi All, I noticed my bill was higher than what it should have been this month. When i checked it i noticed two calls made which did not originate from my house, how do i know? Because i do not posess a landline telephone. I have two mobiles, a works one and a personal one both with unlmited minutes.

currently waiting for a response from Now about it. Anyone else suffer this and did they get it resolved?

I called the team and it seems that my telephone line is paired with another number, the advisor called it whilst on the phone to me and someone answered it lol. A BT engineer is booked for wednesday to sortit all out, hopefully the charges will be refunded or taken off my next bill. Thanks for your help.

Imagine i had a home phone and made regular calls for work etc or something similar, i might not have picked up on these calls being made and charged to me. I think its always worth checking and challenging anything you dont recognise. Could save you a few quid down the line.
