Do now tv have reduced rates for pensioners, if not why.

@MickB

Outside of the TV licence im positive not a single streaming service has discounted prices for pensioners.

All you can hope of is discounted rates in general. Whereas I’m 37 and paying £11 a month for cinema, entertainment and boost memberships.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

And even for the TV licence, it’s only those on Pension Credit who can benefit. They get a free one.

We better-off pensioners get nothing now, and even when we were looking forward to getting free licences, it wouldn’t have started until age 75.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Isn’t that the way, some people save and contribute to decent pensions only to pay in full later in life. Sorry I’ve got a bus pass but I’ve also got a car and have never been on a bus since I was 15 and started work.

Why do you feel entitled simply because of age?

Because I do and I’m entitled to my opinions. Thanks for your input.

Cool. Persuasive argument. And you're welcome. 🙂
