Hi I got a 7 day free trial running from 27th May to the 3rd of June and cancelled a few days before it ended but yet I got an email about a £11.99 charge for sky cinema and a £7.99 charge for the entertainment pass. Could you plz help me cancel this and remove the charge as I had cancelled the “free” trial but yet am still being charged for it.
