Paynents never being taking automatically. Tried 3 different cards



Since i got NowTV broadbrand it has never successfully managed to automatically charge my cards for bills, forcing me every month to do it over the phone which is becoming frustrating.


Has anyone ever had a similar situation and resolved it?

Give the broadband team a call to get them to resolve the issue.


FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
