TV membership such as cinema or broadband?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

You can try, I got my entertainment and cinema out on the same day, but boost is a day earlier which is annoying. 

Two options;

  1. Cancel your memberships and take them out on the same day
  2. Go onto live chat and ask them to see if they can do it for you

What you must bare in mind is all the memberships are completely separate products.

For live chat, you need to click "chat online" within the green box, don't hit "get help quicker" as this is a bot.

Also bear in mind that even if you synchronise your renewals to the same date, Now may stagger taking the payments so they only take one payment a day.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
