Payments

I have now been charged twice in 2 days for subscriptions that I have not purchased. I haven’t been logged into nowtv for over a month and some how I have had £66 taken from my bank account ?

how do I get this back

Yes both payments for 33.99, one yesterday and one today for the same subscription.
