Hi my payment details are up to date.. but for some reason it’s not been taken.. why is this can someone help.

Sometimes it can take a day or two for payments to come off.

The most important question is, can you still

watch content your a membership of?

Hasn’t been taking out for two months. Yes I can still watch it.. Just don’t want a big bill to come out all at once.

Change your payment details, then a few days later change it back. 

 

If that still fails jump onto live chat using the method in my signature below.

Sometimes the system can glitch and you need to change payment details.

Had to do this a couple months ago where I changed to my credit card, then back to my debit card for the payment to go through.
