On Sunday I received an email saying my pass for sky sports was on its way. I was not even at home Sunday and did not add sports to my package. The money has been taken from my account.
the help forums say I need to check my devices, the one which was used Sunday 8th august was roku, I don’t have roku, I have a now tv box plus iPad device.
how can I get this money refunded and stop it from happening again?
