Payments

I cancelled movie pass on July 15 2018 and money taken from my account how do I get my money back?

From the top of the page, click on "my account" and select "my passes". You should see a link for an incorrectly charged form.Screenshot_2018-05-09-22-20-40.png

 I have had the same issue. I have tried to cancel my now tv. At first both went off (movies and entertainment) then i noticed payments for one had started coming out of my bank and now for a few months payments are coming out for both again.
