Welcome to the forum. If you go to your My Account > My Payments page
https://account.nowtv.com/payments
It will show you what payments have been made and for what.If you don't see the charges there the payments may be coming from another account you have, try signing in with any other usernames to check. You can cancel any passes you don't want from your My Account > My Passes page
