So I had planned to cancel my NowTV pass for entertainment, I was given an offer of £5.50 for 6 months starting the 16th.
However it is still showing as £8.99 on my bank pending charges.
Any help with this would be great.
@Kaiden92 was this a retention offer when you tried to cancel, or was it emailed to you?
If it was emailed and you clicked through to accept the offer, take a screen shot of the offer and email customerservices @ nowtv.com (ensuring no spaces) and ask them to manually apply it.
If it was a retention offer, use the same email address and explain you accepted the offer but you're being charged incorrectly. They can then amend your payment.
