Payments

Updated my card and wont let me make a payment has any one got any ideas

What sort of card is it? NowTV don’t accept Maestro or American Express.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

However, if this is not the source of your problem then you should contact Now TV help.
