I bought a 12 month Entertainment Pass using my Tesco Rewards. All worked fine until last month I got an email from NOW to say that they hadn't been able to take payment.
I have tried to contact them but it seems to be impossible to communicate with an actual person.
Does anyone know how I can do that?
