I have cancelled all memberships and have nothing live- why am I still being charged 9.99!!!
I go onto the account and it doesn’t even show it on the now tv site but it’s definitely come out my bank from them.
the bot thing doesn’t help and I can my find how to speak to a person to get refunded.
Is it another membership you might have taken out such as entertainment or cinema?

Did you 100% get a email confirmation of the cancellation?
Where did you take the membership out to begin with?
If it was the app, then you HAVE to sort it out with your App Store such as iTunes or Google Play. See this link for all the information on management of memberships through the site or app.
If you definitely took it out though the site, then make sure you're signed in and using the 'How to get in touch' drop down to see live chat. This will let you speak with staff.
Then it sounds like a duplicate account has been created with the same payment information. You’ll need to speak with staff using the method from the final paragraph in my first post.
