When trying to watch a film through Sky NOW tv Cinema- which I has bought and added to my membership in December 2022. I was presented with a screen telling me I needed to buy a membership. Confused, as I was under the impression that I already had this on my membership I logged into my account. The payments have left my bank account so I couldn't understand why I didn't have any access. On checking my account and my memberships, I did not have any memberships at all and in the payments section it said that all the payments had been declined! The payments have definitely left my account, Has anyone else had anything similar? The live chat is not available so unsure where else to ask!
