Payments increasing and decreasing?!?

I have been with NowTV for 6-7 months and after about 4 months my payments increased from £25.00 to £35.99 can anyone explain this because now they have dropped to £25.00 again with no explanation? What is this about seriously? You can’t just charge whatever you want whenever you want it’s ridiculous
