Payments and billing

I have been with now since Jan 2023 , but had nothing but trouble with them lately over billing taking unorthorized payments ,not setting up d/d as requested, not changing payment date as requested, keeping my card details on system when I told them not to , being ignored totally after complaint after complaint if you can get anyone to understand you and know they job which some do not have a clue, told managers would phone me back twice never did ,  had enough now made complaint to ombudsman  and cancelled my account with them had enough , very bad company to be with , they lie take money when unorthorized and very bad service I'm disgusted

Thanks for your email , unfortunately nothing has been resolved on this issue, manager did ring in end but said it would be resolved in 72 hrs that's past now and nothing , disgusting company ,
