Payment

Everytime I try to add a new card to my account it always gets declined can I please speak to a human to sort this out it's impossible to get through to someone.

Payment for what?

NOW offer two services, TV and broadband? Which has two different ways of speaking to someone.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
