Hello,

So I have a visa card not a prepaid card it's a card accepted by now tv.

I've tried paying for now entertainment 5 times it was a subscription the card was on my account now its not 

I've tried paying I get oops something went wrong 

Contacted live chat did what they asked nothing 

Has this happened to anyone else of so how did you sort it? 

Also it's not my bank 

I'm very disappointed as I want to watch the house of dragon

Did the card date expire maybe? Have you tried updating your card details? 

If that doesn't work, try the Chat online button near the top of the page here.

No its in date even sent screen shots of what happens no reply and my bank details etc where up to date I paid for the subscription last month this month card details are not there or being accepted

Have you tried another browser?

Why not take the membership from the app itself so it’s billed through your App Store ?

What do you mean by “Contacted live chat did what they asked nothing ”?

Did you go to live chat using the link provided by @redchiz1 ?

Did you click “chat online” within the green box or did you click “get help quicker “?

I contacted live chat did everything they asked as in change the house number to three digits instead of 1 I've done everything they've asked of me followed all links given still getting oops something went wrong
