I have received a charge from Now TV ent on my bank account but I don’t have any active membership with Now entertainment. I’ve checked my and my partners accounts, neither have anything active and I’ve used the account finder to try find if I had an old one active but apparently I don’t. I just want to cancel whatever is active and stop being charged but your help section just sends me around in circles. Can someone help please?

I'd also recommend putting a payment pin in place on the account.
