Is it possible to set up direct debit payments for broadband and phone charges

Normally this will be done when you join NOW broadband. 

So are you an existing broadband customer?

Hi @TW 

My understanding is that NOW doesn't offer Direct Debit and use Continuous Payment Authority with the bank card you give them on your NOW account.
