Just paid through iTunes for entertainment pass I went into my app and it saying there is no payment But going into Apple it says I have got it Activated and payment has come out my bank

Another thread here on the same topic. 


If you tag the person who started the above linked thread to see if between Apple Support and NOW live chat they have figured out what's going wrong (assuming the person contacted them).
