I’ve been cut off my broadband it says I’ve missed a payment but my last payment was the 20/5/18 and was paid so I shouldn’t even be due a payment yet, also they haven’t even tried taking payment from my account?

I would suggest giving the broadband team a call to find out what's happened.
Go to My Account > My Package on here and under moving home there should be a telephone number.
When you get through ask to be transferred to the relevant nowtv broadband dept.
