On my payment history it says I paid my subscription on the 28:01:18, but yet when I went to watch my movies last night it told me I had no valid pass and had to paid again, so even though I have paid I have to pay why ??

Were you on an offer for your last payment at all? or did you pay full price for the Cinema Pass.

Hello I’ve still not got my movies package, did you manage to find out why and when this will be fixed, I’m supposed to be having a Star Wars day on Saturday with a few friends which has been planned for weeks as I’ve booked time off work for this day, I don’t want to have to cancel this thanks
