Hello can I pay for now with two different payment options as say PayPal for sports but card for entertainment?

You can’t it’s one payment method for all the TV memberships.

Why not just link the card to your PayPal account?

Can’t say I would say so. When you link PayPal to a service you select the card/bank details that you want to use to pay for said service. 

In case it’s your NOW memberships. Despite them being separate memberships it’s still going to be the same payment details for all the memberships.

You can do what you want (why?) if you open two separate accounts with Now, one for Sports and one for Entertainment.

But it would be a hassle switching between them on a single device. But one on Now as a TV App and one on a Stick plugged into the TV - fine, as long as you remember which is which.
